I am mom to three beautiful, crazy, inspiring children and a proud stepparent to two wonderful girls. My daughter has reached teenage years, god help me. My two boys are young enough to be my little men and work diligently to rid me of my hair. I have spent the last 15 years in the military and have learned immeasurable amounts of things. The Army has taken me on a journey that I would never have thought of otherwise. I have learned the many different ways to be a leader, motivator and team player. It is amazing the amount of different people you will meet in this job.
I enjoy the aspect of being a Soldier and as a leader, broadening their minds. It is very interesting and something to see when you take a fresh faced 18 year old and teach them how to be a Soldier, and then eventually a leader.
I discovered my love of writing in college, but writing term papers and such was just not what I wanted to write about. So, I have ventured out into this world of blogging and I have to say, the people within this group are great. I have received so much information that sometimes I truly think my head will spin, but with it, I learn something new every single day. When I finally have a grasp, I will, in turn give the same insight I have received along the way.
Thank you for visiting and I hope you stay connected with me on this journey. It will sure be some kind of ride.
I would love to hear from you!

If you have questions about what in the world we do in the Army, or how we manage to not pull our hair out with it, please send me an email. I enjoy helping others navigate the world of Army life and Mom-dom while managing to raising boys, and keep my sanity.
